Nineteen layouts: studio, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes ranging from 553 to 1,288 square feet.
What do apartments rent for?+
Published starting rents range from $1,670 for a studio to $4,335 for the three-bedroom 3A plan. Pricing and concessions change — confirm current numbers with the leasing office.
Is there a lease special right now?+
Select residences currently include up to one month free. Contact the leasing office for the homes it applies to.
What amenities are included?+
A Peloton-, Nike Strength-, and Tonal-equipped fitness center, dry sauna, cabana-lined heated pool, penthouse sky deck lounge, rooftop terrace with grilling pergolas, game room, private offices with Apple computers, conference room, massage room, pet spa, EV charging, package room, and smart keyless access.
Is Novú pet-friendly?+
Yes. The building is pet-friendly and includes a pet groom room with a handheld shower and dryer. Confirm breed, weight, deposit, and pet-rent details with the leasing office.
Is parking or EV charging available?+
Resident-exclusive EV charging stations are part of the amenity set. Ask the leasing team about current parking assignments, availability, and rates.
